Opening hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
We are open 50 weeks per year, with the centre closed on Public Holidays.
River & Kin caters for 60 children aged 0-5 years, in three large learning spaces and a purpose-designed outdoor environment. Our rooms are designed to provide comfort and rich learning experiences to all children, with our resources being carefully selected to achieve this outcome.
Our qualified cook utilises our purpose-built kitchen to plan and prepare morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, with a late snack for children who attend longer hours. Those who arrive before 8am will be offered a nutritious breakfast.
Younger children will be provided with nappies, wipes and bed linen, making drop off and packing for your child’s day simple and streamlined.
We acknowledge and appreciate the Wiradjuri people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, learn and play. We pay our respect to their Elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. We recognise that their connection to Country spans thousands of years and we strive to learn from their deep knowledge of and care for our surroundings.
